Leading the creation of mileage reports using an expenses tool. Gathering the requirements of the reports that required creation, liaising with senior executives, finance employees and the IT department. I successfully created the baseline report that would overall reduce the requirements for manual effort in the creation of data for the businesses ESG reporting. This included evaluating previous processes, identifying gaps and creating calculations that would feed the data output from the reports.
