Business Analyst, Lead Developer, and Solution Architect, I led the design and delivery of a Device Lifecycle Management System. The solution enabled real-time tracking of over 750,000 devices, automating repairs, shipments, and disposals. The system significantly improved data accuracy, operational efficiency, and executive reporting through integrated PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
This large-scale system was developed to manage the entire lifecycle of 750,000+ devices—from inventory intake to repair, shipment, and disposal. The aim was to modernise tracking processes, eliminate manual overhead, and empower real-time decision-making using Microsoft’s Power Platform.
PowerApps Development: Built a user-friendly app for warehouse staff and engineers to enter real-time data on device status, reducing manual data entry errors by 25% and improving accuracy by 30%.
Workflow Automation: Implemented Power Automate flows to manage device repairs, shipments, and approval chains, resulting in a 50% increase in process efficiency and a 40% reduction in approval delays.
