What I do
I work as a hands-on technology leader. I set direction, shape architecture and still write code. My background spans the public sector and private enterprise, from regulated environments to fast-moving product work.

How I think about tools
I know the Microsoft ecosystem deeply (Power Platform, Copilot, data and integration), but I am not tied to one vendor. I work across cloud platforms, open-source stacks, APIs, databases and modern web engineering, and I pick tools for risk, cost, time to value and long-term maintainability.

Strategy to execution
Roadmaps and standards, AI and automation, full-stack applications, data pipelines and the integrations that make separate systems behave as one. I can explain the technology to a board and then help the team deliver it.

Away from the keyboard
I'm usually researching a whisky, testing the water in my reef tank, or disappearing down a rabbit hole about something new. The same curiosity is what makes me good at the day job.
