EMEA Technical Estate Mapping & Reporting

Project Overview

This EMEA-wide programme was designed to consolidate and report on technical estate data from over 1,400 customers. The goal was to provide clear, centralised visibility into infrastructure health, resourcing needs, and opportunities for optimisation—achieved through data integration, reporting automation, and executive dashboard delivery.

Key Contributions

• Program Leadership: Managed a team of 12 technical leads across multiple regions to coordinate data collection and ensure consistent quality and completeness.

• Estate Mapping: Oversaw the capture of critical infrastructure, systems, and licensing information across customer environments, standardising formats and classifications.

• Power BI Integration: Built and deployed Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time insights into infrastructure status, resource allocation, and project progress.

• Automated Reporting Workflows: Developed automation flows to extract, clean, and present data at regular intervals. Ensured that senior executives received consistent, accurate reporting every week.

• Impact Reporting: Designed dashboards to track cost savings, technical consolidation progress, and system optimisation metrics—contributing to £1.2M in cost reductions.
