As Technical Lead and Project Manager, I led the evaluation and selection of an enterprise ERP platform at J.&J. Denholm Group. After comparing Dynamics 365, SAP, Sage, and Salesforce, I drove the implementation of Dynamics 365 across Finance, HR, and Operations. Project Overview

Faced with the need for a modern ERP system to unify financial, HR, and operational workflows, I led the enterprise-wide evaluation and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The project aimed to replace legacy systems, improve process efficiency, and deliver real-time business intelligence to leadership.

  • Implementation Leadership: Managed the deployment of Dynamics 365 across Finance, HR, and Operations. Directed a cross-functional team of 6, aligning business units with the new system.

  • Data Migration & Integration: Led data transfer efforts from legacy systems to Dynamics 365. Ensured integrity, minimal downtime, and proper mapping of key records and workflows.

  • Power BI Reporting: Designed and deployed 5+ Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial performance and operational efficiency.

  • Adoption & Training: Created documentation and delivered training sessions for key stakeholders, ensuring high user adoption and smooth transition.
