HR/Recruitment Authorisation Form (RAF) App
Designed a comprehensive HR app to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Enhanced the recruitment process with automated workflows, leading to quicker decision-making, reduced administrative delays, and more informed recruitment across all 7 businesses.
- End-to-End Recruitment Workflow: The app managed every step of recruitment, from position requests, approvals, candidate tracking, to document signing and employee onboarding. Automated notifications and reminders ensured timely processing at each stage.
- Multi-Stage Approvals & Document Management: Integrated Power Automate for recruitment flow approvals and document handling, ensuring compliance at each stage. Once a candidate was selected, the app handled the entire offer process, including document signing.
- PowerApps & Power BI: Utilised PowerApps for the interactive user experience, and Power BI to provide HR and leadership with real-time reports on recruitment metrics. Dashboards tracked hires per month, cost impacts, and department-specific hiring trends
