SharePoint Intranet Rollout for Group-Wide Collaboration
Led the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a modern SharePoint intranet across the Denholm Group. This project aimed to improve internal communication, drive engagement, and consolidate legacy systems into a cohesive digital workspace.
Project Overview
As part of Denholm Group’s modern workplace transformation, I led the rollout of a company-wide SharePoint Online intranet. The goal was to replace siloed, outdated intranet systems with a unified, user-friendly platform aligned with the organisation’s brand and communication needs.
Key Contributions
- Delivered the full lifecycle of the SharePoint rollout, from discovery to deployment.
- Designed and launched over 10 branded SharePoint intranet sites, tailored for various departments and business units.
- Migrated legacy content from Classic SharePoint to Modern SharePoint experience.
- Created and managed SharePoint communication sites with web parts for news, events, documents, and leadership updates.
- Worked directly with HR, IT, and Communications teams to align site structure with organisational goals.
- Provided training to over 100 internal users on SharePoint usage and content management best practices.
