From this role
Business Analyst, Lead Developer, and Solution Architect, I led the design and delivery of a Device Lifecycle Management System. The solution enabled real-time tracking of over 750,000 devices, automating repairs, shipments, and disposals. The system significantly improved data accuracy, operational efficiency, and executive reporting through integrated PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
As Lead Business Analyst and Technical BA on this project, I led the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all departments.
