At Capgemini Invent, I operated as a Management Consultant within the IT Strategy and Transformation practice, working across both public and private sectors. I delivered strategic advisory services to multinational insurance firms—most notably Allianz and AXA—on IT capability assessments, location strategy, operational efficiency, and digital resource planning.

My work involved conducting options appraisals, developing governance-aligned SharePoint systems, and building Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making. I worked closely with executive stakeholders across multiple continents, aligning IT strategies with business objectives, improving project delivery, and identifying risks and opportunities through structured analysis.
