As the EMEA Technical Delivery and Programme Lead, I spearheaded digital transformation projects across a portfolio of 1,400+ customers. I led technical estate mapping, sales enablement tooling, and reporting initiatives using Power Platform and Agile delivery methods. My role included stakeholder engagement at the VP and CTO level, cross-regional project management, and data-driven decision-making through advanced Power BI dashboards. Through close collaboration with HR, finance, and executive teams, I identified over £1.2 million in cost savings via offshoring and resource optimization.
