Data Integration Complexity: The project required mapping diverse document formats and structures into a cohesive, searchable system while maintaining data integrity and security protocols. User Adoption Resistance: The implementation needed to overcome employee reluctance to change established document retrieval habits while ensuring an intuitive user experience across different technical skill levels. Compliance and Security: The project demanded robust access controls and audit trails to meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a seamless user experience for authorized personnel. Content Freshness: The solution required developing automated workflows to ensure document versions remain current and outdated information is properly archived or removed from active circulation.

A shared finance mailbox received invoices for around 20 legal entities and someone forwarded each one by hand.
