Case studies, client work and side projects. What the problem was, what I built, and the stack behind it.
A locally hosted .NET tool for browsing, validating and importing data in any Dataverse environment my account can reach, built so that a bulk write cannot happen by accident.

Abstracts commercial contracts into parties, dates, money, renewal terms and risky clauses, with every value tied to a quote and portfolio views for renewals and risk.

A shared finance mailbox received invoices for around 20 legal entities and someone forwarded each one by hand. I designed and built a Power Automate solution that reads the Bill-To on each invoice with Azure Document Intelligence, matches it against an editable routing table and forwards it to the right Business Central inbox, with an exception queue and a full audit trail.

A web application built to help small businesses manage invoices, payments, vendors, purchase orders, and expenses — enhanced with AI-powered insights and analytics to surface trends, flag overdue items, and automate routine workflows.
This comprehensive solution addresses the document management chaos that many organizations face. Leveraging Microsoft's advanced AI capabilities, the agent transforms how businesses store, retrieve, and manage critical employee resources.# Employee Document Management Copilot Studio Agent
Designed a comprehensive HR app to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Enhanced the recruitment process with automated workflows, leading to quicker decision-making, reduced administrative delays, and more informed recruitment across all 7 businesses.
As Lead Migration and Data Analyst, I directed the full-scale data migration during the merger of John Goods Logistics and Denholm Goods Logistics. The project involved migrating over 7.4TB of data—including SharePoint Sites, Teams Channels, and Microsoft Planner tasks—ensuring business continuity, compliance, and a smooth digital transition.
I built my personal website as both a learning project and a professional branding tool. This project helped me explore modern frontend technologies like Framer Motion while giving me a platform to present my career, technical projects, and achievements in a sleek, animated interface.

Lead Developer and Business Analyst I designed and implemented a custom IT Procurement app using Microsoft Power Apps. The project automated procurement workflows, from request to approval, and was built collaboratively with business stakeholders to ensure functional alignment, seamless integration, and user adoption.
Managed the Data migration from one organisation to another. Ensuring the migration strategy and processes were adhered to across internal and external stakeholders. Creating the solution design using ETL by evaluating data from UCL (Source) reviewing data in SharePoint, Teams and applications. Converting the data by removing unnecessary data through reporting and discussions with UCL stakeholders for the identification of data to be Kept, Deleted or Archived. Complying with data governance and internal policies. Removing duplicates and correcting data errors. Loading the data into JJD (Target) ensuring data is written to the relevant SharePoint and OneDrives.
As Technical Lead and Project Manager, I led the evaluation and selection of an enterprise ERP platform at J.&J. Denholm Group. After comparing Dynamics 365, SAP, Sage, and Salesforce, I drove the implementation of Dynamics 365 across Finance, HR, and Operations. The solution included integrated workflows, data migration, and real-time reporting through Power BI dashboards.
Led the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a modern SharePoint intranet across the Denholm Group. This project aimed to improve internal communication, drive engagement, and consolidate legacy systems into a cohesive digital workspace.
Dynamics 365 system, initially implemented to manage work orders from BAE Systems, had failed to meet Denholm’s business requirements. After the project ran £30,000 over budget, you were brought in to assess and rectify the system. You collaborated with Denholm's stakeholders and BAE customers, gathering a backlog of 90+ requirements and user stories to guide the upgrade. You applied Agile methodologies to partition requirements into manageable sprints, overseeing each sprint from planning through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to deployment. By managing the backlog, environment permissions, and all stakeholder communication, you ensured the system was finally functional and tailored to Denholm’s needs.
Reviewed AXA's IT capabilities and infrastructure to identify process inefficiencies. Delivered a strategic plan that aligned capabilities with business objectives and supported cost optimisation.
Led the options appraisal for Allianz to determine the best location and delivery model for a new Regional Delivery Centre. Used a weighted assessment framework across 8 countries, supporting executive decision-making.
Program Lead and Reporting Architect, I led a large-scale project to map and report on the technical estates of over 1,400 customers across the EMEA region. The project delivered real-time visibility through Power BI dashboards, improved resource allocation, and directly supported cost-saving initiatives amounting to £1.2 million.
Business Analyst, Lead Developer, and Solution Architect, I led the design and delivery of a Device Lifecycle Management System. The solution enabled real-time tracking of over 750,000 devices, automating repairs, shipments, and disposals. The system significantly improved data accuracy, operational efficiency, and executive reporting through integrated PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

As Lead Business Analyst and Technical BA on this project, I led the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all departments. The project replaced legacy systems like Sage and SAP and supported a fivefold expansion in operational scale—reducing project costs by £300k through Lean Six Sigma methods, Agile delivery, and process re-engineering.
Managing and Leading the end to end mapping and overall improvement of the Break/Fix Process in DXC Technology. Using BPMN I mapped out the AS-IS process used for managing Break/Fix of devices. I worked with technical stakeholders involved in the management of device repair as well as repairing the devices themselves. I oversaw each step of the process highlighting red flags and inefficiencies whilst looking at quick wins to reduce process times and automate other processes.
